"The special baklava" of Develi has become the favourite taste of our guests which usually come to Develi to taste our famous kebabs. The secret of our baklava is the naturally grown ingredients and of course the expertise of our baklava master who is from the hometown of baklava.

Our baklava is made with real sugar instead of glucose and a type of special butter made especially for baklavas, thus our baklava master recommends to heat it up a bit for experiencing the taste.

As for eating the baklava as the masters do, the grand masters recommend not to use any fork or knife, instead they have a special way to eat that can be described as "turning upside down". According to this method the baklava is turned upside down with the help of the index finger and the thumb then placed in the mouth with the down side on the up opposing the palate.
